CENTURY 21 Legacy offers the HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICE. We take the hard work out of rental ownership. Our full-service property management covers all facets of managing your property freeing you to focus elsewhere. From first-time rental owners to seasoned investors, we deliver the customized property management solutions you want.
Our Management Services
The CENTURY 21 Legacy roster of management services include the following:
- Professional photographs and marketing services for your property.
- Accessible communication with your team.
- Credit checks , background screening and reference screening on all new tenants.
- Rent collection and distribution.
- Online portal for tenants to pay rent between the 1st and 6th of the month.
- A 10% late fee is charged after the 6th of the month and split with the owner and CENTURY 21 Legacy.
- Direct deposit to the owner is made by the 15th.
- Quick response to issues and scheduled repairs/maintenance with qualified, licensed, insured and dependable service providers
- No up charge on service orders.
- Free monthly, quarterly, yearly statements.
- End of the year report for tax purposes.
